The Ravi Instant Wine Refresher is an instant wine chiller that is stored in the freezer. The Ravi Instant Wine Chiller and Refresher is based on the innovative concept of using a chiller to cool wine at the very moment it is served. With the Ravi Instant Wine Refresher you can enjoy your wine the way true connoisseurs enjoy it—at its ideal temperature.
Simply store the Ravi Instant Wine Refresher in your freezer for at least six hours, then attach it to your wine bottle. The wine chills to perfection when you pour it through the Ravi and use the air-intake valve to control the flow for regulating wine temperature. Ravi can cool a full bottle of room-temperature red wine to 64 degrees F, or chill many glasses of white wine to as low as 40 degrees F. The Ravi Instant Wine Chiller and Refresher now includes a wine thermometer as a gift.
Most red wines are usually served too warm and the alcohol tends to predominate, concealing the fruit of the wine. Ravi enables your wine to instantly go from room temperature to that of a wine cellar. When enjoying a white wine or a rose, the ravi can cool your wine to perfection. NOTE: The manufacturer is quick to point out that the Ravi is designed to cool red wines to the proper serving temperature, but shouldn't be expected to chill a room-temperature white--rather, it's suggested as a way to keep already-chilled whites and rosés cool without an ice bucket. |

This is a really neat product for those times you've forgotten to chill a bottle to go with a meal, or get a wine gift you'd like to serve right then and there. Just pull the cartridge from the freezer, pour the wine through the chiller at a rate to chill to taste, and serve. Easy clean-up, too. Just right for spur of the moment wine selection from room temperature bottles.
